Trevor Ezzell is a board-certified nurse practitioner working under the direction of Dr. Michael Gottsman. He provides surgical assistance in the operating room as well as evaluates and treats patients out of the Gainesville location. Trevor has over 15 years of experience in joint replacement, sports medicine, and general orthopedics.

Trevor began his nursing career in 1994 with an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati/Raymond Walters College in 1994. He then obtained a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree at Mercer University/Georgia Baptist College of Nursing in 2003 followed by his Master of Nursing Science degree at North Georgia College and State University in 2008.  

Trevor holds a Georgia State Nurse Practitioner License and is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors with such activities as tennis, mountain biking, and spending time with his family. He currently lives in Flowery Branch, Georgia, with his wife, Amy. He has four children and a granddaughter.
